Abdallah Msuya is the Co-Founder and Head Guide of Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris, bringing exceptional experience, passion, and leadership to every expedition.
With over 250 successful summits of Mount Kilimanjaro, Abdallah has guided a wide range of climbers — from able-bodied trekkers to adventurers facing physical challenges, including wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments. His inclusive approach and calm professionalism make him a trusted leader on Africa’s highest mountain.
Abdallah began his journey on Kilimanjaro at just 18 years old as a porter. Through dedication, hard work, and a deep respect for the mountain, he progressed to assistant guide, lead guide, and eventually Head Guide, working with some of the largest and most respected Kilimanjaro tour companies.

The Journey to Founding Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris
Driven by a lifelong dream, Abdallah set out to create his own ethical, people-focused tour company. This vision became reality through a meaningful partnership with Michael Prentice (UK), forged after the two met in Kilimanjaro National Park and developed a shared passion for responsible tourism and authentic travel experiences.
Together, they founded Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris—a company built on integrity, inclusivity, and a deep love for nature.

“Since my childhood, I have been discovering, exploring, and developing my love for nature — especially mountains and national parks.
As time passed, my passion for the mountains and safaris led me to pursue a career as a tour guide. Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro at 5,895 meters with trekkers from all over the world makes me feel deeply privileged.
My goal is to create positive experiences and help my clients achieve their dreams.
